Development and support to the institutional Bot with Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, RCS, Google Assistant, and Alexa Assistant channels, as well as integrating support conversations with Intercom and Glia platforms.

Development of unified API (C#) with front-end administration (Angular) for enterprise messaging with support for sending SMS, Push, Email, Voice Call, and WhatsApp messages.

Restoration of the database server (Microsoft SQL Server) damaged by a ransomware attack, recovering a distributed database with replication, Integration Services, and Reporting Services used in its point of sale application in 7 stores distributed in the Dominican Republic.

Responsible for the full-stack team (8 developers) covering the development and support of Web, Windows, and Mobile applications, project management, suppliers and staffing, and implementation of new technologies for the operational and sales areas.
